Tradeshows

Challenge
A Fortune 500 company attends Telecom 2003 – the Olympics of the telecom industry – with a new message for its customers: How do they communicate their new strength, confidence and impact without the hype?

Solution
Dramatic graphics express the thematic voice for the two-storey (770 sq. m.) exhibit. Eleven interactive pods radiate from a central navigation point, with visual way-finding tied to individual business units. Subject matter experts access digital material for their business unit, as well as a database of the full product suite.

Results
The company distances itself from the Internet hype of the past, with a customer-focused exhibit that communicates the integrated product suite of a unified company. More leads are generated at this Telecom than in any previous year. Customers respond to the strong and confident organization by staying longer, asking more questions and delivering follow-on business.

Our Services
Messaging, thematic development, graphic identity, graphic production, space management, and multimedia production, including design for user interface at kiosks, animated logos, screen savers and 41 speaker presentations.

Live Customer Events

Challenge
Produce a signature experience for 400 of a high tech company’s best customers that is intimate and memorable, and reinforces the event theme.

Solution
Convince the client to abandon the impersonal, pre-booked venue for a spectacular, century-old power plant – Bâtiment des forces Motrices. Charm the audience with Grammy Award-winning musician Diana Krall and allow the audience and artist to get up close and personal. Manage and produce the equivalent of a rock show, while taking advantage of the venue’s undeniable ambiance and allure.

Results
A core bonding experience for the company, and a magical night where the party refused to end. The company and its customers share an once-in-a-lifetime experience. Limited attendance makes this the hot client ticket, creating a feeling of anticipation and prestige among the most highly regarded customers.

Our Services
Thematic development; event producing (lighting, staging, a-v services, permits); project management (artist logistics and contracts, staffing, transportation); design and décor; catering; and show management.
