We are looking for freelance and contract Flash designers! This position entails brainstorming with our creative team to produce multimedia solutions as per the project requirements. An ideal candidate is a detailed-oriented, highly enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude, and must be able to solve creative problems under the pressure of a heavy volume of work and extremely tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
• Produce creative projects and maintain Rich Media content, including image optimization, Flash production/programming, HTML coding and website administration.
• Create reusable Flash components that can be shared between different projects.
• Maintain high coding standards and practices and exercise quality control.
• Documenting the application architecture and code.

Experience
• Minimum 4+ years solid experience working in a professional, client-driven environment, designing and creating corporate quality motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of Flash development methodologies and quality assurance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Adobe CS4 product range and competing tool sets.
